		<content type="html">The Mets &lt;a target="_blank" href="http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/baseball/mets/2009/04/06/2009-04-06_daniel_murphy_drives_in_both_runs_as_met.html"&gt;defeated the Red's in today's season opener&lt;/a&gt; in Cincy with another solid pitching performance from Johan Santana.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;a target="_blank" href="http://www.danmurphys.com.au/"&gt;Daniel Murphy's&lt;/a&gt; bat continues to amaze, while Gary &lt;a target="_blank" href="http://maps.google.com/maps?source=ig&amp;amp;hl=en&amp;amp;rlz=1G1GGLQ_ENUS274&amp;amp;q=sheffield&amp;amp;um=1&amp;amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;amp;split=0&amp;amp;gl=us&amp;amp;ei=38XaSfWjAaPGtAO7nty0Bg&amp;amp;sa=X&amp;amp;oi=geocode_result&amp;amp;ct=title&amp;amp;resnum=1"&gt;Sheffield&lt;/a&gt; looked on grunting the defense and two singles by &lt;a target="_blank" href="http://www.ryanchurch.com/"&gt;Ryan Church&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Most importantly, the new bullpen did exactly what we've been missing for a few years...allowed us to breathe.
